Default Suspension terms:Stiff,Soft,bouncy,bodyroll

I have been trying to learn more about suspension since I am planning on lowering my Z. I spend most of my forum time reading through the suspension area and I must say guys are doing a wonderful job with tons of info for people like me. However, I always come across the terms stiff, bouncy, soft, bodyroll and a few more. Could someone do me a favor and explain exactly what these terms mean as they relate to suspension, or link me to an existing thread that can help me understand them. Thanks.

let me try

stiff - hard ride, unforgiving
bouncy - bounces around from all road imperfections small or large
soft - suspension doesn't feel firm enough like driving a car w/ worn struts/shocks
bodyroll - take a turn in a van and you'll know what body roll feels like

what you want is a firm ride that handles flat..

Thanks for trying. That helps. Hope I get some more tries so I can put them together.

This is bodyroll:

The other terms are self explanatory. They describe the attributes of the ride the driver feels.

Oh right, the competition.

Replace the asterisks with "350", the letter "Z", a "-", and "tech".

Thanks. I thought about that but after counting the asterisks, I was short. I missed the "-"
