Coilovers & suspension
hope y'all are doing well, i am looking to unclapp my Z, not looking for anything more than just getting it to be a reliable fun weekend car. I have been fixing it up and suspension is next on my list. I was thinking coilovers. Not looking to slam it, just slightly better handling and a bit lowered for better stance. i also tried to get the car aligned and was told that the camber bolts are cramped up and need to replace them. Tech suggested eccentric bolts as well. Is it work it to replace the camber arm while i am at it too? should i go for eccentric bolts or just a stock replacement? What coilovers do you all recommend. My budget is around $600-700 for coilovers.

For a reliable fun weekend car that is not going to see the track, just get some quality shocks and struts. You don't need coilovers.
Especially with a $600-$700 budget. Any coilovers in that price range are going to be trash.
Unless you have aftermarket adjustable FUCAs, the front camber cannot be adjusted. If you're referring to the rear camber, the eccentric washers can be adjusted, but they will only change it less than a degree. If those are basically maxed out, then you need aftermarket for adjustments.
To fully adjust both the front and rear camber, get some adjustable FUCAs and some rear camber arms. For shocks/struts, get some Bilstein B8s with some decent progressive rate lowering springs that drop it an inch or somewhere around there.
Shoot - there goes your budget.
