How long will the stock suspension last before components need to be replaced? I dont track the car or anything, but every so often I like to throw it in some curves.

 

i got 30k on my g35 sedan and I already get nose down movement when braking hard. They will last a lot longer than that as it still passes the one bounce test but it isn't tight enough for me.

I am looking into a tein basic set which is rebuildable 750.oo plus shipping from a couple sites

 

It's really up to you and what you feel is comfortable.

I have 30K miles on my Z, and it still feels as stiff as ever to me, but I might not be sensitive to such things.

IMO, your suspension will get more wear from daily driving on crappy roads and potholes than it will from the track.

 

yes, i agree. my nose down only happens on extreme braking (like 90-30 or so)

I don't have any noticeable difference in cornering body roll yet.

and my suspension brand new was looser than y'alls.
