Please Post your Suspension Setups Here: Springs, Coilovers, Shocks, Camber, Sway etc
Since I may die of old age before the search feature is fixed, I am making this thread hoping to gather some good information pertaining to aftermarket suspension upgrades for the 350z/G35.
If you've done a mod to your suspension, please post your thoughts here.
To make it easy to read, keep it simple, and keep comments/requests to a minimum please.

Mod: KW Variant 3 Coilover
Pros: Very high quality, European setup, Height, Rebound/Compression adjustable, Great handling response.
Cons: Price, rare, takes a while to find the optimum setting suits your taste
Mod: 350Evo Adjustable Swaybar
Pros: Very solid, designed to clear true dual exhaust system, arguably one of the best sway you can get.
Cons: Price is higher than other competitors with Polyurethane bushing. (You can also order one without poly bushings, using factory stock rubber bushing.) Polyurethane bushing causes terrible squeaks. But 350Evo just got their revised rear bushing and it should cure the problem. Fronts are also going to be redesigned soon I believe.

Every suspension that we have installed here I have test drivin the car... So I can give my feed back on almost all of them... But... I will do my personal car which I beat the heck out of every day...
Mod: Eibach Pro-Kit
Pros: Great appearance, Sits about 1.2" lower then my car before. Nice smooth ride on surface streets and freeways...
Cons: Springs very soft so in heavy cornering especially in track conditions there is alot of body roll... so much that it is hard to predict when the car is actually going to bite into the corner...
Recomendation: I would recomend this spring for someone who wants a lower stance and smoother ride. But does not plan on seriously tracking the car to the limits.

MOD: Nismo S-Tune Suspension System (sways, springs, shocks)
PROS: 1. I like the red springs on silver, good color combo
2. Now to the real stuff, bounce is reduced to the point it
is practically gone.
3. Car feels neutral, less understeer if at all
4. Car handling is superb, too much for just street
use.
5. Installed by the dealer, they have a warranty just like
other nissan stock parts.
6. This stuff was tested on the track and tuned before
it was marketed.
CONS: 1. Price, this setup isn't that cheap, retail is about 1700
2. Ride feels a bit hard at first, but if you like the stock
feel, it's not that much harder.
3. Not true coilovers so the lowering height is not
adjustable, 20mm max front/rear.
RECOMMENDATIONS: Great for the weekend mountain twisties driver or light track use, and not bad everyday driver. For track use go with a full coilover system like TEIN.

Mods: Eibach Pro-kit
Pros: 1" drop works well with aftermarket wheels. Any lower with this car looks silly. Great street set-up.
Cons: Agree with Jason. Springs are a bit soft (although they do have a higher spring rate then stock). Track use the car still exhibits body roll but is not excessive. Rear drop might be to much only because car appears to 'sag' in the rear at idle. I don't know of any spring co. that makes a set with a 1" drop in front/ 3/4" drop in rear. Anyone?

just get a set of tein basic's.. thats what i would recomend to people hwo just want to change springs..
My first setup - RSR Springs
Pro - nice mild spring rates, car drove like stock but sat just a bit lower
Cons - none
Cusco Zero 2's, Cusco sways
Pro's - all smiles here
Turn is is much more precise, adjustable dampening and rideheight, huge 40mm piston in the strut, and a nice range of valving adjustment (which is not always the case with some coilovers). With rideheight set to about 3/4 inch lower than stock, and dampening at 3, car behaves just as it did with the RSR - a bit stiffer over small ruts with my 18's, but not too harsh, even for our NY roads
Cons - only one I can think of is price, as it is among the more expensive setups out there,

I love'em!

KW's brand name is very big in European cars, especially BMW's and Audi's.
It does sounds a litte loud..but not exactly squeaks IMO. That nice gas hissing sound...
I actually like it.
Mod: Tein Flex w/ EDFC
Pro: adjustability, improved traction, reduced bodyroll, reasonable price, rebuildable
Mod: Cusco Swaybars
Pro: crisper, tighter turn-in
With 275/40/18 street tires front and rear, I have cut my autocross times by a good 1.5 seconds with this setup with a noticeable reduction in understeer. I am happy enough with this setup that the only thing I would change is a switch to R-compund slicks.

Mod: NISMO S-Tune
Pros: No more bounce on highways, more confident in corners....we'll see how track performance is in a couple of weeks
Cons: S-Tune warranty not covered by dealer. "has to be installed on vehicle at time of sale by dealership" for warranty to apply.

This entire setup cost around $3100 if you do the work yourself.
Mod: Cusco Front and Rear Sway bars (stock springs/shocks/18"volk ce28n T1-S rubber)
Pros: They we're good price, and were super easy to install. Body roll is greatly reduced, car feels planted and almost on rails when making turns at lower speeds. These really did the trick for me, the car is way less "squishy" feeling. They come with 2 adjustments in the front and are non-adjustable in the rear. I am on the softer setting in the front.
Cons:The kit does not come with new bushings though, so if yours are shot make sure and order a set of polyeurethane ones.

RS-R Springs
PROS: Nice small drop (some might think thats a con), Slightly better handeling than stock, Slightly better ride quality than stock
CONS: The only really bad thing about it is its a subtle improvement. I mean sure its better than stock springs but they dont change that much. Which is a good or bad thing depending on how u look at it
