Tire Feathering - What Front End Parts Will Stop The Problem

I had the feathering problem on my '03 Touring, but got new rims and wheels in January. My 350Z machanic aligned the car to his own specs (don't know what the specs are). Anyway 4,000 miles on the new rubber and I think they may be getting noisy.

What front end parts will stop this problem and how much will it cost?

I have the same question. The feathering ruins my Z experience. Anyone tried the Stilen upper A arm replacement that is suposeed to correct the problem? Does it?
