Default Front toe adjustment when lowering?

I am thinking about getting the tein basics and I will probably stay within the .8" lowering tolerance for camber issues. (BTW does anyone know if the lowering tolerance is .8" front and rear?) If I ever wanted to lower more than that, I know I will have to get some traction and camber arms. I have seen performance nissan's camber and toe package along with kinetix's, and they include camber adjustment in the front via new a-arms and camber and toe adjustment in rear. My question is, wouldn't toe adjustment in the front be equally if not more important than the rear? Why can I not find any traction arms to adjust toe in the front? Or can you do that from the stock suspension?

I'd like to hear from a couple of dealers and installers also.
