Default Tein coilovers, locking the lower spring seat?

when adjusting the ride height, you have to lock the lower spring seat using the adjustment wrenches. it says crank it to 100+ lb-ft of torque. is there an easy (heh) way to do this? how important is it that you get that much freaking torque?

I don't have my instructions with me, my son installed mine and first thought the same thing but realized the 100 lb/ft refered to something else ( dont' remember which bolt) not the springseat locks. Look closely at instructions again, sorry can't be more specific.
