Default New wheels or suspension

I wanting to get some new wheels and suspension. I am thinking about the 19s volk TE37s or GT7s or maybe the Nismo LM GT4s and probably Toyo S1. As for the suspension, I thought about the Tein Basic or Tein Flex w/EDFC. I am wanting to drop the car a little to give it a more aggressive look with some better performance.
1)Should I go with the tire/wheel pkg first or the suspension?
2) Will the tire/wheel pkg drop the car any?
3) If i go w/any of these setups will it mess up my camber settings or will I need to install anything?
Thanks for the information and help.

If you get some 19's with 245/35/19 and 275/35/19, it will close you wheel gaps a little, but if you go with 275/30/19 then it will make your wheel gaps bigger on the rear. It will be better if you can do both at the same times to avoid any damage to the rims ( like scratches, paint chip etc.) when they take them off during the installation of your new suspension. As for the other parts, it really depend on how low you going to drop, if you lower you car more then 1'' most likely you will need to buy camber kits so you can align you car back to factory spec. Anytime you lower you car you will need to get new alignment done. Hope this helps.
