Nismo suspension - Noticeably lower ?
From looking at pictures, I can' tell the lowering difference bewteen stock suspension and Nismo. I have an Enthusiast and I am thinking about swtiching out the wheels for 18s. I may get the Nismo suspension if it makes the car look a little bit lower.
Can I get some comments?
Anybody with Nismo suspension and Volk TE-37?
How about ADR-M Sport and Nismo?

There aren't very many advantages to lowering your car more than 0.75 inch (or even that, for that matter). All you're doing is reducing the suspension travel, and you're going to be more prone to bump steer.
So it really depends on what you're going for--performance or looks. If you want performance, go for something that has a conservative drop like Nismo, or set up the coilover for a <20mm drop. If you're looking to lower the car simply for the look, you can go 25mm+, but you'll have to get adjustable A-arms so that you can fix the negative camber.

if you want looks, go get springs don't waste money on full suspension kit.
but if you want performance, go get full suspension kits. but it seem like you are looking for more good looking, go get rs-r or eibach spring. it will make you and your wallet happy.

THANKS!
hey guys,
thanks for all the great responses. when i first joined this forum, i saw posts that talked about the addictiveness of modding. i didn't think too much of it at the time...but now...it's like i can't stop thinking about what i want next. and yes, it always seems to be "the final mod" that will complete the z...anyways, i think i am going to wait on getting the suspension. my main concern was the wheel gap with the 18s...hopefully, it's not that big.
see ya!

I have my Nismo kit on sale in the private classifieds section if you are interested. You can also do a search on the kit for numerous reviews, pics with various wheel combos, etc.
