well i heard (and thats why i bought) the RS-R springs are one of the best performance springs out there. Linear in the rear and only slightly progressive in the front.
Spring rates:
345front
417rear
i would recommend them. Slightly better ride quality but handeling was definatly improved some. Also they only lower the car .6" so getting your car aigned within specs is easy.

the hotckis are awesome....just installed them this morning (thanks chad ) anywasy ... ride quality is almost exactly the same .. except that the bounce is gone .. it does not fee like a lowered car .... but the small amount of body roll left over after the swaybars is now gone. Also .. check out titanmotorsports ... they have excellent customer service as well as pricing.
