Default Will sway bars help with this problem

I have headers on the car [G35coupe] and they have started to rub against the steering shaft when taking a right hand turn . I can feel it in the steering wheel and Ive seen where its rubbing on the header . Do you think sways will help with the flex and keep it from hitting the header ?....Bill

nope... swaybars do not minimize chassis flex, they help control body roll on the suspension...

the older version of the NISMO headers also rubbed on the stearing shaft... NISMO redesigned them to fix the problem... sounds like you need to go to BRM and tell them they need a redesign

Booger, alittle OT, but I've tried calling BRM and got no call backs. What's the trick or did you find some dealer?

Also, aren't BRMs unbadged Nismos? If so, I bet you've got the V.1 as mentioned.

Time to use a blue tipped wrench and put a dent in them.

the other thing you might try is an upper strut brace, like the one in the 350Z... there's a few aftermarket ones that fit the G56c

An engine brace would help. To keep the motor from moving when you turn. I think Stillen is developing one.
