Hotchkis Sways Rattling???
I just installed my Hotchkis sway bars for my G35 coupe on Saturday - the install went ok, it took longer to get the car jacked up and on stands than it did to actually swap out the sways (shitty factory jack - going to buy a hydraulic jack tomorrow) - anyways, I really didn't get to drive the car much last night, but I got to test it quite a bit on some twisty roads around town - after about 4-5 hard turns, I hear a loud "clunk" sound come from the front end... I immediately turned the radio down and tried to replicate the sound - it didn't do it the next time immediately after that, but it did it a few times later on... what's wrong? Is the sway bar sliding around? Has anyone else encountered this problem?
Then later on today, on my way home, I hit a manhole cover and I heard a loud rattling coming from the rear end... ****! Is the rear bar rattling too? I followed the direction step-by-step, used an impact wrench, so everything was tightened down (60 ft/lbs vs recommended 40), and I used plenty of lube (had an extra tube of grease in the garage)... what could be the matter?

Thanks, but that thread really doesn't even come to a conclusion as to what is the cause of the "clunking" - I guess I'm just going to take it to my mechanic and get him to toy with it... there goes the money I was trying to save doing it myself...
