Question Can/Would Eibach help us out?

Ok, I am one of those with Eibach springs on and suffering the feathering problem. Now, it is clear that the springs DO NOT cause the feathering, but of course I modified the suspension, so warranty work might be denied.

Couldn't Eibach help out? Couldn't they talk to Nissan and come to the help of their customers?

Of course, it is Nissan that is been an @ss about this. After all, if they claim the alignment settings are the problem, then the springs are not causing the problem, so why deny the warranty work? If the tire design was changed, then again, that is not the springs, so there is no need to deny the adjustment. Only if Nissan came out and said "it is the springs that are causing it, so we will replace ONLY OEM SPRINGS" that the situation would make sense.

I was just wondering if Eibach reads here or if somebody has a contact there that might/could lend a hand.

Before we get into it, this is not another "warranty" thread, this is more a "can the vendor help their customers dealing with Nissan" thread.

I am not trying to be a wise@ss but why would Eibach want to get in the middle of this?

Mine is a redline also!

Because I, for example, would have to take my Eibachs OFF and will probably NOt put them back on to follow Nissan's edict.

How easy would it be for Eibach to sell more springs if you have to take them off to get something repaired that is NOT the springs faults?
