Best Big Brake System?
So which one do you guys think it's the best brake system out there so far? Is it Stoptech, Rotora, Wilwood, A/P, or Brembo?

ferrari uses brembo on thier f1 car ... but the brakes that are used in f1 nowhere resemble the brakes that are for street applications.
stoptech is used on many cars across several race series, various touring car series, grand am, rolex, etc ...
project mu, endless, grex/alcon are all used in jgtc race series

depends on your budget and what you are looking to do with the brakes.
If you want to show the car... biggest bling will win you the points.
If you are going to track you car.. I would say Stoptech... since they do engineer and test they products on the track. Customer Service at Stoptech rocks too...

At every track day I have been to, Stoptech has been by far the most used BBK. They also have had excellent presence on this forum, although it's been several months since I've posted so I don't know if that is still the case.
Also, For Jetpilot, it is true that the STD Z brakes are single piston, floating caliper. The piston is on the inside pad and the outer pad is fixed WRT (with respect to) the caliper and the whole caliper slides on pins. One reason BBK's improve the feel so much is because they put pistons on both sides of the caliper and then lock the caliper in place. This helps improve the feel and response time. So, the only BS is the STD Nissan brakes IMO (although they are good for normal street driving and AutoX). Not sure how the Track Brembo's are.

All the brands listed above are good choices. I'm very happy with my stoptechs. I went with them because they're a local company and they have a large dealer network in CA. There are also many options available for track pads and my weekend pad swap is very easy (just one allen wrench required to remove the bridge and remove the pads).
Oh yes, and I've 1st hand experience with their customer service and they were very helpful. They overnighted me parts asap.
