Default FINAL price on 05 350z enthusiast help!

Yea I know there are threads on this but most of them are from 2 years ago and are for 03 or 04 350z's.

I am picking up a Z within the end of the month.

I am getting a 05 350z redline enthusiast model with automatic tranny. NO SIDE and CURTAIN airbags, or aero kit

NO options, except the little stuff..kickplate, carpet, etc

WHICH DEALERSHIP IN SO CAL DO YOU GUYS RECCOMEND?

and WHAT WAS THE FINAL PRICE (IE after tax titles etc) YOU PAID FOR YOUR 350Z MATCHING MY MODEL DESCRIPTION ABOVE?

I was looking at a 28 no more than 29 out the door? this possible?

thanks for all the help!

I am in the market for an Enthusiast too. This is the deal I would look for: Auto Invoice - 27236 + Options Invoice - 238 = 27474 plus 500 dealer profit plus a part of the destination cost - 200 = 28174. Add your state tax and tag fees and you would have a pretty good deal. NJ dealers are willing to operate at close this.

Id say about 28,500. But if possiable i would get the side airbags and side curtains. Because if an accident occured, you might not get a chance to choose the option again.

did you say "automatic" ?????

Please tell me that was a misprint

You should go buy a Camry instead.

I always go in as an internet shopper.

Find the car you want online. Call them and ask for internet sales. The almost always have at least one person dedicated to these types of sales. They will assume you're an educated buyer so some degree and know you probably won't be interested in MSRP. Larger dealerships will be easier to get a good deal with and will have dedicated internet sales personnel.

Simply state the VIN of the car you want and make an offer. The 05s are going for @ $500 over invoice to MSRP. Tell them to give you a call back after they check with the manager on the price. They'll always call back. If they refuse your offer thank them and explain you already have offers for cars at $500 over invoice. Lie to them if necessary, someone will give you that price. If they still don't want to deal move on to the next dealer. You should be able to find lots of vehicles like the one you're looking for within a 2 hour drive.

Get all the info on the car. How many miles? What condition is it in? Have the sales guy do a good check on the car for any scratches or issues. Yes, double check first thing when you arrive.

If the deal is approved get all of it in writing with an OTD final price. I had mine emailed to me. Get pre-approved for financing if you don't want to go with Nissan. If you're going with Nissan financing get them to run your credit and give you a finance rate. Explain you're not interested unless you get a good finance rate. I did mine for the %2 deal on 04s and insisted I was approved for that before I went to do the deal.

Good luck and try not to get attached to any one vehicle. Be prepared to walk at any time. Be prepared for a possible change in your deal when you arrive at the dealership. Be firm and make sure they stick to the OTD offer you received in writing.

Where in SoCal are you? An 05 Auto Enthusiast with floormats, kickplates and splash guards lists for $30,320 MSRP according to nissanusa.com. Make an appointment with the fleet manager of several dealers around you and see what kind of deal they can give you. See if you can get at least $1000 off MSRP. That's what I got when I bought my Z last year. Good Luck.

Talk to Amir at Power Nissan Torrance. Get it for 30,000 to 30,750 out the door (including taxes and all that)

He may even go cheaper, but it also has to do with options.

Don't pay too much, talk to the Internet/Fleet Dealer.

Quote a price 500 under what you think you can get it for, if he comes back at you with an extra 500 bucks, buy it and drive away.

Have fun, I did this less than a month ago.

Default Looking too!!

I have been looking to buy the Enthusiast too. I tried to get a good deal on a 2004 but couldn't find it in Silverstone. I am interested in what the "out the door" price you get and what dealership. I live in Torrance CA but haven't gone to Torrance Nissan.

thanks
Bryan

GNissanZ, I got $1K off MSRP on an 04 Enthusiast model from Power Nissan of Torrance. I internet manager I dealt with is no longer there, but you can try Jim Scira. He seemed pretty cool when he helped me a couple of times. You can also try Gardena Nissan - ask for Ryan in sales. I don't know what kind of deals Gardena is giving, but Good Luck.

few weeks ago i was looking for a deal for 05 enthu. i am in norcal and it seemed like there were more deals down south. i actually negotiated with a couple of dealers down there over the phone/email and i was offered invoice for the 05's. but i got lazy and just bought the car up here for about 1000 over invoice...got tired of negotiating and trying to save just a few hundred bucks. a dealer had the color/trim i wanted, so i just took it.
