Default Clutch noise when releasing 1st time

When I release the clutch for the first time after I start her up, I get this grind noise for about half a second or so and its gone. This happens everytime I start the Z, put it in 1st gear and release the clutch completely. I am not revving high at all because I am pulling out of the garage usually.
The gear is engaged fully when I hear this, so this is not the gear. I have been hearing this ever since I got the Z.

Does anyone else get this noise? Is this something to do with the hydraulic clutch Z has?

I think this is a case of :

SHIFT_Clank!

Probably clutch chatter/rattle... if so, I'm pretty sure it's normal. Does it really sound like a GRIND (like gears grinding?) or is it more of a clank/rattle?

This is not the clunk or click that you get from the backlash in the driveshaft, but almost feels like the grind you feel when your brake rotors are rusty after rain/wash but goes away immediately after you apply brakes and wear it out.
But this is in the clutch, I thought it was a rust on the pressure plate that caused the grind, but happens everytime I start the car and release the clutch and I garage my car, so it cannot be rust. It happens every time I turn the car off and start it again.

And this is funny how this happens, when I first start the car in the morning, I let it run with the gear in the neutral and clutch engaged for about 30 secs. This way oil gets everywhere in the tranny and engine. The grind doesnt happen then, it happens only when I get the car moving a little bit, that means when the clutch sees loading.

It can be a little hard to hear if you have noise outside or have radio/music on.
