Default Few questions before I pick up my Z next wk

Just wonder what the major performance diff is between the '03 base and '03 performance pack .

I guess my biggest concern is I want the brembos , if I buy a base is it difficult/expensive to have the brembos put on ?

The is no major performance difference between the Base and Performance. Vendors here sell Brembo and other big brakes. Check classified.

The Base model doesn't have a limited-slip differential or the xenon headlights. The Performance does.

The dealer charges a few grand for Brembos so I agree that going with Stoptech or something else would be the best bang for your buck. But you can check the classifieds and people sell Brembos all the time if you really want those.

BASE > ENTHUSIAST > PERFORMANCE (this is not the track)

Enthu adds:
Xenon
Cruise
LSD
Homelink
Aluminum Pedals
etc..

PERFORMANCE adds to Enthu:
18" wheels
VDC

That doesn't make much sense , you're saying that track model adds brembos , xenons and aluminum pedals

the car im looking at has aluminum pedals , xenons , traction control but no brembos .

You are looking at a Performance, it has TCS and VDC.

Base model does not have none of that listed that the Performance has.

Get the Performance and add aftermarket brakes.

If you don't track the Z, its stupid to get a BBK. Just upgrade your lines, pads, fluids and rotors!

The two main differences between the enthusiast and the performance are the 18" wheels on the performance...and the fact that the performance has VDC+TCS...where as the enthusiast only has TCS.
