So as I shop around for my Z, I have been paying attention and searching the forums. So I was given this quote:

-floor mats ($108)
-splash guards ($108)
-alum kickplate ($78)
-cargo conv pkg ($53)
-side airbags ($538)
-trunk mat ($54)
MSRP $30,865
Internet Special $28,459
Out the Door Cost $30,180.90

My opinion is that this is a bit high for a 2006 Enthusiast (6 speed) observing what people are paying and stuff. I know the airbags are like a $500+ option which I would like to have. Rest is "whatever" to me. Love to have some feeback from you guys! Thanks.

 

seems average to me. unless you are looking to get like $250 off that price to get a 'deal'. for a $30k car.. a few hundred dollars at the end seems trivial in my mind.

 

My recommendation is not to waste time asking for quotes. You've got the money, you're the buyer, take charge of the deal. If the is the car that you want, offer $27,779 and stand firm.

 

That's pretty much close to what i got the quote for 06 enth. in Ca. But the options seem like more expensive, anyway, options are optional.
So, i think i have the same question as you, people are likely paying less then what we are quoted. Now just trying to observe around and see the bottom-line of the price.
