Default 2006 Enthusiast, Opinions?

I emailed a dealer today about a getting a Z and he sent me this:

I have a 2006 350 Z Enthusiast 6-speed in Silverstone available with Aluminum Kick Plates, Cargo Organizer, Floor Mats, Splash Guards, and Trunk Mat. This Z is listed at $30,445 and you can purchase the vehicle for $28,127 + tax, tags, and proc. fee!
I think it sounds like a good deal, but wanted to hear from others first.

Hey bro I purchased my 06 Silverstone Enthusiast Z back in January with the SAME options for $30,000 driveout, but paid an extra $1000 because I got lojack installed on my vehicle

Sounds decent - About a month ago i bought a 2006 Enthusiast for $28,745 whihc included tax and tags, and the dealer threw in the NISMO spolier and free oil changes for life.

If they won't budge on the price - try to get them to throw in stuff for free.

A good reference is Edmunds.com - their True Market Value (TMV) even adjusts for your area.

Go check DARCARS Nissan in Rockville, MD. They have the best deals. My dad just bought the same exact car plus the side air bags and it was $1,000 under invoice. www.darcars.com

Sounds pretty good. If you like the car, do it!

+1 on the Edmunds. Invaluable resource for buying a car whose line has been around for a few years. For the brand new car lines, Edmunds becomes less reliable.

Used it when buying my '06 Touring, so I knew exactly what I would pay when I walked into the dealership.

I suppose $30,445 is the MSRP? Offer $27,401.

That's what I bought in March. Same options, same color and that's what I found invoice to be on my car.

Very good info guys, thanks very much. This has brought up a lot of stuff I would not have thought to ask for. I'm going to see if they will add a rear spoiler and the oil changes for life option to my sale.

I just bought the exact same package, even the same color.

$27,700, +tax/tags/title/doc fee.

East Charlotte Nissan. Did the whole deal over the Inet, during the holiday weekend. They even delivered it (250 miles) no charge.

They told you to go jump in a lake? Well that certainly is unprofessional!

you can get the price lower.............just walk out tell them you have a better price elsewhere and if they cannot match it then you are going with them. make sure to leave your # so they can call you if they want your business.....get the dealers to fight over your business....

Hey everybody,

I'm thinking about having a Z ordered from Darcars - does anybody know about how long it takes from the time you place an order to when you actually get the car?
