this leasing company too good to be true?

has anyone ever dealt with them? their prices seem fair and close to what i had expected... but not with a $0 down/deposit .. and they are giving away free miles..and dents and scratches dont matter.. just read through it, its interesting.. i wonder if its the real deal or a scam. i might call them up this weekend just to see if they even exist
