Why they hell are you even considering the RSX when the Civic Si is the SAME CAR and looks so much better IMO and like $6000 less...unless you reallyyyy like $6000 Acura emblems. I would get the Z, but its up to your needs.

I can't believe you've actually posted that question.. . . ha ha. . .j/k bro.

The RSX-S is a great car and pound for pound gets more hp and tq PER BOLT on than any other car. Problem with that is. . . . .you add those same bolt ons on a Z. . . . you'll ALWAYS be beating the RSX-S. So if your thinking on modding, get the Z. If your basing it on looks, well. . . .get the Z. But in reference to my first statement. . . . .if you ACTUALLY have to ask that question. . . .then you don't deserve a 350Z. . . . .I'm saying that in a joking manner but in a way I'm serious.

I had a similar dilemma, you should consider the price difference and what you need the car for. I chose the Z because it handles better and i almost never use the back seats.

like someone else said. get whatever your pockets can handle...if you're borderline being able to afford the Z you'll really have to make sure you know what you can afford. gas for the Z is premium, not sure on insurance. And also whether you need 4 seats. never having to deal with the "so, who wants to drive" question with a group of friends is great with the Z, im always automatically excluded since ive only got 2 seats... As far as daily driving the Z's a great car. On the highway you can get mid-low 20's easy and its super comfortable IMO.

Get an RSX....

Specially with the mileage you'll be putting on the car.
You're going to take a big hit regardless of how you like to look at it.

Expensive tires, gas, cost to insure, no practicality, expensive to mod if you want to even have a personalized Z in Southern California.

Its like u walk into a shop buying shoes, the one u really like (looks cool and fancy)would cost you $300 (all the money u got) but it only has size 14 but theres another one(not that cool ,not that fancy but still good) also have the right size for u and would only cost you around $200(affordable) ..if you walk with size 11 u gonna lift it up with twice of the strength while u can lift it easily with the size u wear when u walk (gas efficient) also much more practicaland comfortable ... if i were u why not buy the right size while u can enjoy it, have fun with it but not spend all i have living in hell for it ...buy the 200 one u still have 100 to get some clothes(body kit) and smoke(exhuast) for yourself if u really like to spend all 300... its all about how big your wallet is ...but then if gas is an issue for u i would say NO to Z ...i dont wanna see someone put cheap gas in Zs cuz of few bucks different... good luck

I traded in a 2002 RSX-S for my 2006 Z (Enthusiast). Insurance is about the same, monthly payments went up a bit.

I was basically happy with the RSX - until I drove the Z - then it was all over. My advice - drive both cars and that will let you know if you can be happy with the RSX.

I believe so, their's no comparison of the two! Might as well be a VW bug vs Z06, VW has a back seat!

FWD cars are for commuting purposes only. Also, the suspension in the RSX sucks. Honda is currently in the works for a recall or TSB on it. A LOT of people are complaining about it.

I just traded my Rsx-s for a base 350z. The Rsx-s needs premium gas as well, so that's not a big deal. I had a 2nd gear grind and crazy strut popping in my rsx. Also my taillights rubbed off a ton of paint on the bumper because there's not enough clearance between the two. Get the Z.
