Default I really need help Dealer trying 2 screw me

Dudes Im really close to having my Z taken away!!!

Heres the deal.
I closed the deal on my car after hours last friday. I bought it used with 9K on it. I probably overspent but whatever. Anyway they ran my credit and I have a 0 credit rating. But somehow they got me financed, I left the dealership with the car and was happy as hell!!! Soon afterward it was apparent that I was not going to want to make the payments cause my insurance quotes were through the roof. AAA Wanted $1410.00 every 3 months w/1K down. I could afford it, but damn thats too much to pay when I could wait till summer when an accident comes off my record and my Insurance will go down. I shopped around and found a better rate but the payments will still be too high.

So I go back to the dealership (with a cosigner that they already approved) to try to renegotiate my loan and get my payments down. However they end up rejecting him cause his credit is too fresh. I had a limited amount of time to return the car so we negotiate for 3 hours and I took off a service plan they had originally got me, refinanced and start preparing to live with some gnarly car payments. I signed the forms all over again and as far as Im concerned "rebought the car".

Now I get a call that they are having trouble getting my loan approved and I need to find a different cosigner. I **** you not I have NOBODY that can cosign. So they tell me that they will have to get me into a cheaper car. I dont need a cheaper car. I have another car that works fine. I just wanted a Z. I asked them if it was going to be a problem if I didnt want another car and they pretty much said yeah. I didnt want to put up a red flag so I just said that I would try to find a cosigner.

What am I supposed to do here? I dont want or need a different car I bought the Z because I have always wanted one not cause I need a car. Can they REALLY legally force me to buy a Honda Civic?

PLEASE help I realize that I should not have closed the deal without doing the homework, this is my first dealership bought car and all I know is that I want a Z and I can afford it, the rest is all details. Now these A-holes are trying to screw me. Any help or advice is much appreciated,

~Flesh

How old are you?

Don't buy the Z, you are in over your head. Looks like you had too many tickets/accidents, ect.

Oh, and buy a Civic, LOL! Guess what, insurance will be about the same!

You better take the Z back, they can charge you mileage, daily rate, ect!

How can you have a credit rating of 0? Dam, thats some ****ed up Credit. Whats your interest rate on the loan?

Im 22 my insurance is only $242 a month for both vehicles I have 1 accident that comes off my record in june and one ticket. I cant take back the car cause Im past the 3 day 250 mile limit. I can afford the payments, thats what sucks. My interest rate is %14.98. I was planning on refinancing after 12 payments. What I really want to know is am I covered under some kind of law that states that after I resign the contracts it gives me another 3 day grace period to return the car?

But at this point I just want to give the car back and build up some more credit. Then buy later. It pains me to have to say that

Well you signed the contract, didn't you?????????????? What does the contract say? The longer you wait, the longer they charge you.

Go back, demand your money back, and pay for the mileage/days used. But I highly doubt they will do that.

They got their $ from you, they could care less!

maybe you should try going to a federal credit union and have them give you a loan for your car?

Happens all the time. Its called pre-approval! Then they want the car back or you meet their new demands!

thats weird, iim pretty sure if they let you drive off the lot then theres no f***ing they can just tell you to trade it back in, you'll be losing even more money because once it comes off the lot that's bout 5 g's. What kind of papers did you sign?

Now I know why banks and car dealers are rich!

Don't worry, one of my co-workers had a 24.5% rate on a new car. 2004 , new at the time, Mitsibishi Lancer. She paid like $27K (MSRP was $14K after all said and done). LMAO!

I signed a contract that says that I have 250 miles and 3 days to return the car if I choose. I was only offered that the first time I signed papers. The second time they didnt have me sign a new one and i didnt think to ask. Now I wish that I had that grace period so that I could just take it back.

0 credit rating? Have you ever had credit cards or anything? I'm 20 and my fico is 737 and I just got a loan for 8% on my car.
