Hi, I'm new to the forum (without trying to sound cheezy)

I'm a Nissan dealer and 350z owner, so any questions about invoice costs, what does an option package cost, or whats a good deal-feel free to ask. so far i see quite a few prices here that seem fishy and other are pretty fair.

Otd not a very good comparison number (dealer fees, state tax, lisence fees, tax credits if you had a trade) BUT they could have way undervalued you trade and gave you what looked to be a steal on the new car.

Drove home today. 07 ppw touring. msrp 33840. Invoice 31290. Paid 30565 out the door. (No tax since i bought out of state. I pay tax when I title it)

07 black or daytona blue, $23,976 , 24,768. Tax here is 9.50%. OTD came to 28,600. Mt local dealer took that and beat it by 150 bucks. GUYS/GALS REFUSE TO PAY DESTINATION!!! Your paying a fee that the dealer couldnt be in business if they didnt pay! My OTD price on a 07 base is 28,000 even. I tired to get a car cover, but they wouldnt budge.

I think I did pretty well.

I have a pending deal on a new 07. It is almost unbelievable (don't want people to say fishy, so not disclosing the exact number). Has anyone tried to beat up on both new 07 and new 08? I am looking to buy a base (not many options other than kick place and matts), so the MSRP is low to mid $29K. I am just trying to find out if the dealers are trying to dump only 07's or they are trying to dump both 07's and 08's.
