I dont know if it is just me but I have really a hard time believing that any dealer would do +-$8,5k under MSRP...

Maybe I need to work on my negotiator skills

base?? what do you mean?? What I meant by base is base for the 350Z , 2008-base model.

the price is posted was what dealer got from me out the door before tax, registration fees, and the options I added like extended warranty, tire/road hazard coverage.

Dealer are advertising in todays paper 2008 350Z , New- for $24,988.
They must really be hurting to get rid of the last few '08's to make room. If I am not mistaken MSRP retail base price is $28,120 for a brand new '08.
Good time to buy...don't you think??

Oh, I forgot mine had 36 miles on it.

Picked up my Silver 07 Touring 350z 6sp for $21,200 after tax/fees. It's used and has around 17,XXX miles on it. Interior and exterior is like new condition. Car has new clutch assembly which is a plus. I guess it pays to wait, yeah.

Just got a quote from a sales manager. New 2008 Enthusiast for $24k. You could probably bump it down further.

Don't settle for these high prices!

Well after totalling my 07 3 weeks ago, I have been looking for an 08 at 3 different Nissan dealers. I just got my 08 Base PPW today, they even delivered it to my work where I signed the papers.

Original window sticker MSRP $29,505

My price $23,674 before tax, title, tags. Thats a whopping $5831 off of MSRP!

Car did not include the trunk mat and aluminum kickplates that my 07 did have...

I know there are still more base models out there that can be had for that price, probably even cheaper as more time goes by. I located a black base model for $24,000 but I love PPW and had to have it again.

Now, who's buying left over 350Z's and who's waiting for the new 370Z? I am curious. I think Pat Bateman's price sounds very attractive...

Picked up my 2007 Touring 350z about a month ago ..

only had 3300 miles on it and got it for $23000 before tax, tag, title, and interest on the loan

figured right now would be a good time to grab a 350z since the 370z just came out
