Default Selling my Z. Opinions on price please

My Z is immaculate, but has high miles. I will list all my equipment and can I get some ideas on where you think I should price it? I have a pretty firm idea, but just want to hear some opinions. I will also post prices of my mods, but I do not expect full return for them. Just for reference..

2004 Touring- 60000 miles
Audio- Avic Z1 (Navigation, bluetooth, backup camera) $2500
Focal Components, JL Amps (All Hidden, looks stock)
Video- Alpine Screen in cubby (Wired to play while driving) $500
Wheels- 19" Volk GTS- $2500 w/o tires
Brakes- AP Racing BBK 6 pot front/4 pot rear- $4100
Suspension- Hotchkis TV1S (Shocks/Sways)- $400
Aero- Veilside V1 Lip- $350 / 06 Tails- $450
Performance- Nismo Exhaust, Nismo CAI- $1200

And here she is:

What's up man!! LOL so you finally decided to sell your car huh Brian? Going the 335i route? But seriously if you are selling I think you should part out. You'll get more $$$ back. If you do decide to go that route I'm the first in line Back to your car...60k miles is going to lower the value. Selling it as is I think $22 - 23K is possible, but again if you part out you'll make more $$. That is my opinion. I wouldn't pay more than that for a 60k mile car no matter what you got on it.

I would part the car out too. $18-20k for the car stock. Where you would only get $22-24K with all the parts installed.
