well im going order a 07 san marino blue enthuiast z tomorrow ive been wanting one forever now and i just paid off my car its an 01 celica gt and im hoping to get 7500 for the trade in but i was wondering if i should be able to get the price down to where ill only owe 21k after trade in? if i get what i want for my car.. and another ? was how much would my insurance be being i am only 19 with a speeding ticket on my record? not that it really matters but im just curious b/c right now im only paying around 90 right now for liability but i will have full coverage for the z...

 

You'd be smart to call your insurance company before you order that Z and get the answer to your question.

Age 19 male with a speeding ticket (how bad and how long ago?) -and a fast car - be prepared to hear some very big numbers for cost of insurance.

Maybe if you get a family discount or something on your parents' insurance it might spare you a little.

 

i just got done looking up a quote on allstate and it wasnt that bad for full coverage suprisingly it was only 240 a month... i think i may go with that b/c my car i have now for full coverage i was paying 175 on my parents insurance then i dropped full coverage to just save the extra cash .. but im getting off their policy once i purchase this vehicle.. b/c i dont live with them anymore...

 

if you are strapped for cash, why not buy used

240 a months is nuts. I pay about 75 a month, although I'm over 25, the last break you'll see with age and insurance.
