It depends where you are. If you're on the coasts there's not a chance in hell you'll get even a buck under MSRP for a couple months. If you're more inland, I can't see why you wouldn't get a decent deal on one.

I'm in North Carolina, dealing with a local dealer. He's ordered me a 2004 (back on June 9th) and now that the pricing is official, he's not said a word. I'm going to go see him this weekend and talk price. MSRP + TTL is a good deal? If I can't get him lower then MSRP, should I walk and order from Carmax in Greenville. Also, no price their either. Just "we usually discount $750 off MSRP on orders"

I don't know to tell you the truth. I'm not sure about the market for the roadster. For instance, when the Z came out up here, there were $5000 'market adjustment' charges. That gave the dealers way too much room to negotiate and still turn a huge profit.
If the market for the roadsters is like taht, it may be beneficial for you to wait two or three months until the prices stabilize. Just feel it out and see if you can get the price you're comfortable with.
