Not the kind of dealer that I would want to work with. Contact the district attorney? Poor business practice but what crime has been committed? Breach of contract? That's a civil matter.

dont know what your price range is but i found this on yahoo autos at a dealer. its a black 04 roadster with a greddy twin turbo kit, a bunch of carbon fiber, and vertical door kit.

some of the ones from yahoo might not be touring models so you'll have to check cause it wouldnt let me specify that as an option. let me know if ya find anything interesting out of the list if you dont i'll dig around some more.

To the Op, that's pretty F'ed up! Is it a nissan dealer? if yes, it wouldn't hurt to write a nice letter to Nissan Usa ...and if you have a friend in the local newspaper, ask them to publish ur story ..... In the mean time, it's ur choice to persue with an attorney ...talk about f'ing ownage of the history .... that'll teach them a lesson not to F with customers (at least the ones that are buying Z )

no prob let us know how it works out. that one with the greddy twins and all the cf looks pretty sweet. way over priced though but it is being sold by a dealer. on here it prolly wouldnt even sell until it got under the 28k mark if that.

I'm no lawyer....

But in most states, a signed contract doesn't mean a whole lot until you've taken delivery. Without knowing for sure, since the dealerships will be well versed in local law, it's likely that this is the case in FL and you're out of luck. That said, I would be pretty furious about the plane tickets etc. Sorry to hear this happened, these kinds of guys give everyone a bad rep.

Sounds like you're due to run into a good store.

just went and looked at one 40 minutes away that was in "fantastic" condition. orange peeled paint, 3 different shades of blue, Missing the Z in the 350z emblem and walked out.

just need to find it...soon

You will loose the case in the court because you do not have any paper.

I got an 04 Touring convertible, automatic, silverstone, with 31K miles for $25K if you're willing to fly back to Florida.

Well since this is relevant, I went into a dealership to pick up a base silverstone 06 Z (brand new) and someone bought it while I was on my way up. There was a black one as I was walking out and I fell in love, someone had a deposit on the vehicle but never came to pick up on scheduled date nor made any attempt to contact the dealership. So 30 minutes later I drove off the lot with my baby
