Is this a bad carfax?

I'm looking to buy this 03 Touring ATX for 11k with 53miles on it. It's got a clear title, here is a carfax for it... It looks like it could be a lemon... What do you guys think?

Well, I went to go pick it up yesterday. I ended up buying one right off the forums. Anyone know a good place to get winter wheels+tires? I don't want to drop $1500. Anyways, Do you guys think it needs wheel spacers at all? I'm very happy with the purchase!!!
