$1000 of MSRP
Jason (Internetabyss), I know you helped me on this one before but I misplaced that email.
How do I get the vehicle for below MSRP, some of you guys seem to be getting the Z for a little less. Sorry, if this question has been brought up time and time again, but I have been out of the country for a month and I am getting my Z next Tuesday, just need to know what to do?

Now wait a minuite, If you're getting your Z next tuesday, you've already arrived at a price with your dealer. Right?? The only way, for the most part, to get a Z below MSRP is to literally hold a gun to the Dealers head, you pick which head, and threaten him.
I think there is one of the clubs in Cali that members could get 1000 below MSRP at a particular dealer, I think it was GroupZ???? Do a search and see, I think I remember seeing a post about it before.

Actually, several people on this site were able to get a below MSRP offer based on the premise that they would let their delarship keep their Z on the showroom a little longer so that they (the dealer) can get more publicity on the Z car to help their sales. Although, it is ulitmately a longer wait (couple weeks), you could possibly get a discount on your Z.
Don't if this really "works", I gave it a shot but was unsuccessful with my dealer. As you said my price had already been set at MSRP when I ordered on March 1st. Oh well.

$1000 off no longer available.
It was for Group Z members who purchased from Cerritos Nissan. Unfortunately, you had to get on the list by August 8.
So, if you're getting MSRP when your car arrives next Tuesday, be happy with that!!
