Default Anyone leasing the Z?

I already own a modified celica 01, and I'm orderin a Z, so I'm wondering if anyone has the leasing info, I was told it would be about 420ish for a base (MSRP+Tax+Tags, totalling 28,000).
Anyone have any info?

In Canada I was quoted for Track model:

$0 down
48 months,
residual 51%
interest rate 8.59%
24K/year
$750/month

For the US, according to the rate sheet someone else attached, the residual there is 43% for the 48 month term. Interesting.

Anyone know what .0028 money factor means for an equivalent interest rate?

Never mind, I found it. You have to multiply the money factor by 2,400 to get an "approximate" interest rate. Sounds to me like the money factor was invented to confuse people.

So, a .0028 money factor means that the interest rate for US lease is approximately 6.7%

Acid, for all my calcs that I've done working up a lease, I've been using 9% as a worst case scenario. I've heard the 6.75% figure tossed around from the US guys but nothing up here yet. My dealer says that he should have firm numbers by first of September. I threw the 6.75% number at him and he kind of scoffed at it. Again, it seems we know more than most dealers from this wicked site!

Have you put any thoughts into the Royal Bank buyback program? I'm going ot be checking that out and comparing it to a lease situation next week.

My lease calculations have come out a bit lower than my dealers. We'll be talking about that when the time comes. I wanna see how he comes up with his monthly figure compared to mine.

My dealer gave me a residual of 53% for a 48 month term fyi. Also, fyi, he told me the other day that the first guy was also doing a 4 year lease (touring (canadian) + navi) and the payments were just over $900 with no money down.
