lol 370 are pretty ugly. Dont think i could go with that. Not as bad as the new Mazda 3 though with their smily face. I definitely prefer the 350 to the 370. Personal preference!

I'd have to agree. I can never understand why it's so absolutely necessary for people to move out of their parents' home right after college. Saving money (especially in this economy) makes perfect sense, and if living at home for a while longer does just that, then keep doing what you're doing OP.

As for the car, I just hope that you will find a nice car you like that is within your means (350Z or not). Good luck to you.

Op- you should be fine, go ahead and do it and don't look back.
PS, for future posts, never mention things like your age, job status, where you live, if you have a gf, and anything extra. Be straight and to the point...Honest advice, that's how this place is. Welcome to the forums!

^ So very true.... And if your in between 06-07 might as well bump up to 07. The HR makes enough of a difference to spend a little bit extra between the two used models. GL with your new car!

Hey thanks Guys! How is the bose sound system?? I am finding a lot of 07's that are enth and a lot of 06's that are touring? Which would be a smarter choice? Miles are pretty similiar. The only thing that the touring model has that i want is the bose sound system? Is it worth it??

the bose system is pretty bad mang. definitely pick 07 (HR engine ftw) over 06. would be a shame if you picked up an 06 and it had oil consumption issues.

Ok, so i have my eye out now for a 2007 Enth edition. Looking through the audio forums the bose doesnt sound that great. So il just put in my own aftermarket system. Was searching through the forum for the following question so if anyone knows that would be great! Can i upgrade the sound system with keeping the headunit? I like the headunit dont like the way aftermarket HU look. So i would want to keep the current HU and upgrade the front and back speakers, and possibly put in a sub. Can that be done?

Hipothetically speaking yea you can put aftermarket speakers and subs on a stock headunit, i've done so before. I cant put my word on doing it on a Z though i've never tried

lol you sound like me. I had a sweet *** 90 240sx. I started making more money and wanted something with AC, faster and less rattles so I bought a 07 tC. I ended up being unhappy cause I wanted RWD and something faster. I now have a 07 Z w/ plenty of mods but I now want the 370z. But I also miss my rear seats so I started researching the new EvoX, so honestly you won't ever really be satisfied with one choice. Whatever your decision is good luck and make sure it is a car that is economical for you in all situations and that can last a few years.

I am a very indecisive person. I DEF dont want a back seat. I ALWAYS get stuck driving..... I wanted a Z to start with, but i see plenty of RWD cars in the snow and its not like you can more then 10 mph. Also if its too bad to drive, i wont take any car out!

Yes you can. When I bought my car, it had JL subs / amp, and Alpine speakers with a stock Head unit. Also, blue tooth is hooked up so on a phone cal, the radio mutes and the phone call runs through the speakers.

So you're gonna marry a gal you've never lived with? At least test drive the car you buy....

And DEF get an '07. If only I'd done a little research..... Don't regret the Enthusiast trim one bit. Didn't want leather, seats will go eventually. Don't need upgraded wheels, they're already swapped. Bose sucks. BOSE and reason to buy should never be in the same sentence... Brembos would be nice, but much better BBK options. Just don't get base if you like CC...

And just keep the VOLVO as a winter beater, store the Z in Winter!

+1.

Especially a vehicle that is not a necessity such as a Z.

You should not finance a Z unless you're getting a very low APR such as below 1%. But that doesn't rule out the fact that you SHOULD have cash in hand when you purchase.
