Possible to lease a used car?

Hmm..might be a stupid question, but is it possible for dealerships to lease out a used car? I know most don't, but yeah.

i dont understand... unless it is like some expensive super car

There are plenty of places that lease used high-end cars like Porsche, Mercedes Benz, Range Rover, etc; usually have options for exotics as well. It's really not a good deal though. Leases suck anyway.
