Default GearBox Theory

Hello there,

I've been lurking around the forums for awhile but have decided to finally register and post as I've set my eyes on a 350z.

The thing thats confused me though is the gearbox.

I've test driven about five different 350z and most have been quite good.
However this one at the dealer, immaculate condition track spec, has a realyl stiff and rigid gearbox it feels really nice.

The dealer says the gearbox is from Germany. Anyone know much about this?

Thanks in advance.

Doug

(EDIT: LOL gearbox QUERY, not THEORY..sorry)

Beats me. Since the engine was designed by Renault (which is french) maybe the salesman made a mistake or is trying to make it seem like it's awesome because it was built by the best of the best in the car industry.
