I'm considering selling my car and maybe getting into an 08 Z b/c the deals look awesome right now 22-23k for a base, but how long will the 08s be around since the 09 is right around the corner?

The 2008 will last until 2009. Then it will be replaced.

Well, since the '09s are more than "just around the corner", they've been out for quite a few months already, your guess is as good as ours.

The 2008's new or partially used at dealers, on the west are becoming hard to find. However, they are having a hard time selling those also. I've seen some still advertising the higher end models on par with 370z base 2009 models...Crazy..

oh I haven't seen any 09s yet I figured they weren't out but I haven't really been paying attention guess I just need to call around and see what 08s are still out there

Around me, dealers are totally out of 08's now. Two months ago, they were everywhere.

They are almost all gone in FL, GA, AL, SC, NC etc... believe me I looked and they are almost all gone. There are no base models but there are some of the higher models left in these areas but they are almost all automatics. There are quite a few nismos around if you are looking for one of those.

Not necessarily. The roadster is still a 350z. But yea, OP is probably thinking about the 370z.

yes I am well aware of that I'm looking for a 08 350z coupe, the 09 is a little bit out of my league
