Looks like a nice Z and a decent starting asking price. Someone got a good deal on a low-mileage track with Nav.

The problem is that its located over 100 miles away. There is nothing clean and low miles around me for that price let alone track model.

im kind of conservative in the mindset that i can get a good deal and if i don't i just walk away.

The question becomes now with looking at 03-05's and 07-08's whats a good deal.


I looked at a gorgeous 08 touring(i think) 29k black w/orange leather int.

list was 20,999. I offered 16,500. Somewhat ridiculous i know, but this will be a 2nd car which i don't need. My feeling is that it might be had around 17,800.

I walked out on good terms after telling the salesman i was still looking.

I got into cars too late in life. Bought the wrong one last year due year round driver. I've always been a nissan guy though and loved the z since it came out in 03

 

My first Z was a 260Z in 1974. So you could say I have been a Z fanatic for 36 years.

Well, I tested a 07 hr roadster today, wow night and day from the DE..

Eventhough the roadster is heavier it still was quick even with the 230lb sales guy lol..

It was nice, but im looking for a coupe. They wanted 23,xxx w/ 28k miles.

too high for my needs.

I also tested an 05 enthusiast later in the day which was very plain compared to the hr, but I got to have some fun with it as i was flying solo

I initially thought i would be upset with the DE's speed, but the fun factor certainly was there and with mods im sure the top end will open up a bit.


My search will go on.

You bought the red roadster from the same dealer posted above? Did you get it a few thousand lower than asking?

yeh got that red roadster at middletown on thursday check the new owners thread i tried to lower it more but they wouldnt budge.i was set on getting it no matter what lol

 

I can't wait to get one... But i want either a super low mileage clean non-revup DE or a low mileage HR Preferably but price is gonna hurt for a second car!

 

Ah ic it took awhile for me to find this one and traveled almost two hours to get it.I wasnt going back home with nothing lol.Take your time hopefully you will find one for a good deal!
