Red Touring roadster with 42k miles stock dealer is asking 16995 everything looks clean what should I offer them?Thanks

$14500 or less. I got my 04 Touring last fall with 36K for $14500.

what? my friend just got his 06 grand touring roadster for 16k with 33k miles on it... with this economy everything is cheap.. plus 370z is out
