Lease is up early May, it's been paid off so you have nothing to worry about for 3 months except for the lease transfer fee (please correct me if I am wrong)

I can't imagine there will be much tear/wear charges as the tires are still good (but then again, it's the dealer we'r talking about so I can't promise this 100%).

Anyway, I have no problem just returning the car back to Nissan. I just figured it's probably a better deal than buying it from the dealer if you were shopping for a Z with this spec.
