I have a 2007 6 speed that was never delivered to a customer..
front parts were stripped.
It had 9 miles on the odo. Now at 5300 miles after 2 years with no issues.
Total cost to me on the road with taxes..11478 after repairs and paint.
Takes some time to get used to the 7500 rpm limit as I also have the DE ..

Thanks for all your feedback mang! IMO, this would be a steal. Just the fact that its an GT with low miles. My mind is pretty much set on keeping the car for 5+ years and modding the hell outta it. But like raycs7 said, I'll have to talk to my insurance and go see what has to be done to get it registered in Georgia. I also did find an 07 Base with 27k miles on it for 16,995 the other day with a clean title so I might check that out also.

Did you have any issues with your insurance company and getting it registered in your state?

I use geico online.
I added the car with the VIN and got the card immediately.
In my case I needed a DMV inspection with purchase info on all replaced body panels.
In this case all you will need to do is a title transfer since the rebuilt procedure is complete.
It works just the same as buying a clean title.
The difference is the banks may not give a loan on that car.
I bought all cash so there was no problem.Just pay the taxes and all is well.
