Thanks for the advice. I swung by Big Lots last night, they only had about 6 cars, but one of them was a silver Z. Great buy at $12.99! Looks like a $40 model.

Update

It gets better!

I just received a Big Lots circular in today's mail that features the models and states that, starting tomorrow, they will be on sale for $9.99!

I am looking for an RC car in PPW. Anyone know a site besides ebay?

Not worried about price.

I actually surprised there aren't any diecast cars in white. The Z looksw good in that color.

Didn't find a PPW on that website. Oh well, I'll order the kit and custom color it myself. I'll post pics once the job is completed.

Default Thanks, DeZigner...

I found one at a Big Lots, too. It was the last one in the store. I got the chrome silver as in your pic. Not an exact match of my Z, as I have a Silverstone w/black interior, but close enough.

Not the best die cast I've ever seen, but it's good for the price. I'd recommend it.

Hope to find a Silverstone model with black interior. Guess I'll just keep looking!

Thanks again for the information ...

You are all welcome!

Since I first posted the original message, my local "Big Lots" has gotten another shipment of models in stock including 2 more of the Z model!

I got a blue one at Sams club for 9.98. I may check big lots out today. My girlfriend got me a nice little 1/34 PPW Z for 1.99 at albertsons. They had quite a few colors, no brickyard though. Yall might want to check it out. You pull it back and it goes forward. It says fairlady Z on the back, and the steering wheel is on the right side too.

Costco in the L.A. area has DB Couple with black interior for less than $10. I got one eventhough I have a SS Roadster...
