looking forward to hearing about it.. at 10k i dont think you can go wrong man.. could be the deal of the century lol..

also if you have your auto and home owners at the same place adding a second car is actually not that expensive
if you dont have a home its still not that bad not as bad as you would think anyways check

I was unpleased with my insurance and and several others until a friend told me about
State Auto.. their rates was about $500 cheaper a year than All State and everything else i checked was higher than my current allstate coverage that i had for several years

Give them a call and get a quote.. i promise you.. you will not be disapointed.. anyone else curious id recommend checking as well.. I now have more coverage than i did have and pay a whole lot less.

State Auto
1-800-803-3271

have them quote you one both autos and pick the coverage you want.

oh and btw.. when i made my switch.. i went from a $1000 deductible to a $200... and it was cheaper!!!

at that price and mileage he could part the car out and make more money on the car..

Problem 1) the Coolant reservoir is deformed, he said it’s possible from overheating but its fine now.
from the first engine
Problem 2) the Mass air flow sensors did not mounted correctly (RH side is "zip tied" into place, screw missing due to holes not aligning on LH side) [what does this mean?]
this means nothing.. someone half *** put the stock air intake back on
Problem 3) Vehicle has aftermarket "Flash Logic: component spliced into OBD II harness." [What is this and how much would it cost to remove it? my girlfriend just want a stock car]
a left over aftermaket mod that may or may not cause problems.. it may be the cause of both problem 5 and 6 but probably not.. if its not hurting anything i would just leave it
Problem 4) Aftermarket hood pin switch in engine compartment, possible for alarm [not sure what this is too]
means dick..
Problem 5) Transmission CAN (Control Area Network) communication circuit does not work. (I know what CAN bus is, but is it common to see this circuit have failure?)
may be the only thing to worry about.. but if the transmission fluid smells looks good and the car shifts fine i wouldnt worry about it.. its probably nothing.. maybe something unplugged.. if the transmission shifts fine who cares if it is having problems communicating.. if it works.. it works..
Problem 6) ABS battery voltage abnormal
I wouldn't be suprised if 90% of all cars on this forum showed one thing or annother that had high or low voltage.. or resistance.. when u drive it.. slam the breaks.. and play with the breaks.. see how they function.. it means dick prolly aswell..

personally i see no red flags... especially at that price
don't let nissan garages scare you with problems.. from what i hear they know dick

This is freaking pissing me off. so i got all my insurance figure out and went in to the dealership today again. long store short, they are not willing the sell the car for 10k.
I guess they will make more money to sell it as a lemon car.

very disappointed. now i got to find another one : /

so they told you they would sell it for 10k then now back out of it?

tell them you want to speak to the owner of the place.. thats def. no way to handle a business.. i thought 10k sounded pretty strange the first time you mentioned it

Didn't sound like it was that worth it anyway with all of the problems.. There are other bargains out there, just keep looking for them. I just got an '05 in great condition for 12,800; just has a bit of mileage on it. Just keep looking and you'll find something man.

You may have to add a couple thousand dollars to your budget for a suitable 350Z.

Dude don't sweat it. You can find a z at a good price. I bought my 04 last April for 13k with 85k on the motor. That's a little high on mileage but they gave me a warranty and it was bone stock and I havnt really had any issues up until recently with the damn synchro in fifth but that's common on the 03-04 z. Just keep looking and you'll find the right deal for you.

If you have been trying for 6 months maybe the 350Z is not for you. Especially not a daily driver in Oregon. Arizona yes. Oregon no.
