Default 2007 nissan 350z pricing

hello

Sorry if this is in the wrong forum.

But would like to get some expert opinion if the price is right.

2007 350z
-manual
-about 15k miles
-pretty sure its a base model

1) what do you think would be a reasonable price?
-dealer wants $21K, would $17k be acceptable since its almost another year gone by?

2) also, please excuse my ignorance, does the base 350z have TPMS?
-I've read some that says yes, and some said they dont have.

thanks in advance

I think 17k is a bit low... but it cant hurt to try. i dont think 21k is even high for a 07 with only 15k miles

I bought a used 2007 350z Touring 31k miles in july for 21k.. so i think if its a base model than 17-19k is a reasonable price

Apparently not. You see sellers want money. You have to make an offer - or end up with jack.

hello
sorry for the late reply. Ya I did offer $19,000, but did not bite. I started it off with 17k, but obviously too low from a 21,500 asking price.

In the end, according to them, they sold it for 21K

I did find another one, an 08 base with similar mileage, but lowest i can get it down is $21,500. not sure how to go about it, but you think its a good deal? since its08?

I still feel like an idiot for passing on an '08 PPW Enthusiast 6MT with only 7K miles for $21.5K middle of last year. The car had only been titled 9 months earlier, too. The salesman was such an @ssh0le, though, that I just couldn't deal with him. Should have sucked it up and written the check. Hindsight . . .

i just bought a 2007 grand touring with 29k miles for $20k. Rays forged wheels, brembos, nav, yada yada. They were asking 22k but I got it down to 20. Patience is key.

Thank you. Well, I bought it from the Nissan dealership in Bellevue WA.

I initially was supposed to get a 2008 Nismo with 30k miles for 23k, but that sold the day before I called in for it.

Patience is your best friend. Keep looking at Craigslist, ebay, autotrader, etc throughout the day, as well as searching nearby cities.

Working at a dealership myself, I know that dealers inevitably lose money on some cars, and that can't be helped. Their profit margins vary, but can be anywhere from $500 to even $10k if they got the car for a good price.

If you are not willing to pay over your budget, then don't let the salesmen push you. Some dealers try to get every penny out of you. When I bought mine, the sales guy chased me down and told me, "Ok, we'll take your offer.", and mind you, he lowered the price each time by $200 or so

At any rate, good luck with your search!

Thank you sir.

I do not believe they carried an orange one at the time. Just a silver, black, and a roadster I believe.

The only orange one I remember at the time was in Portland Oregon, and that one I did see while making a trip during work.

If you want I can help you search for some around the Northwest, assuming you're from Canada that is. I'm from Vancouver WA.
