370z with low mileage

I'm looking to get a new 370z white manual base model. What price should I be aiming for? I already invoiced a dealership and they wanted more than what the nissan website has listed.

So whats a good post haggle price for new and also a used one with around 20,000 or less miles?

Thanks for the replies guys. I live in Houston and I cant find anything close to those prices. The best i've found is 29k, for 15k. And if Im gonna pay that I might as well pay a little bit more and get it fresh off the truck.
