Default 2005 350z touring 83,000 miles opinions on price?

Just looking to get some owner opinions on this question. I've seen an 2005 350z auto touring with a rebuilt title and 83,000 miles on it in my area. Now my question is what do you think a reasonable price for this car would be? Answer under the assumption that the car is is good condition, no frame damage etc...

Have you actually SEEN the car?Or seen it for sale?
To start, offer 8k if it appears to check out ok.
What was the quality of the repairs?

due to the title it's worth A LOT less then KBB and market value.

I'd offer 7K and go up to 8K. It depends who did the repairs and if junkyard parts were used.

7k to 8k is what i was thinking as well, from what i have seen before and after the repairs look to be done professionally. Hopefully everything checks out when i investegate further. Thanks for the advice on price.

In a lot of situations buying a salvage car can make sense it really is about the true condition. Sometimes there could be hidden damage which just steers me away because you can never fully know.

One of my biggest concerns with buying a "Rebuilt" or "Salvage" titled cars is, if the impact was severe enough to set off the airbags, were they replaced?

I have read accounts where airbags were not replaced due to the expense. There were supposedly some instances where the body damage wasn't necessarily that expensive to fix but the cost of replacing the airbags pushed it over the top.
