I am saving up for a Z, and I've been looking at craig's list and local dealers.. I can't really seem to figure out where to get the better deal. I would have issues handing over 10k+ to a stranger, and I feel there's always a catch with the dealer.

This question is geared more towards buying a used car, as it's kind of implied in my first paragraph. Of course, if you want to share your story of when you first bought it that's okay too .. Anyway, I was just wondering. I've been looking at both sides of the spectrum and I can't seem to figure which one could be better, and obviously it's circumstantial. Just want to hear opinions, that's it.

Oh and you can include other details if you'd like, like miles, $$ paid, and etc.

 

Hey, if you're interested in how much someone paid for their z and the mileage as well.. try searching for "how much was your used Z" its a couple of pages long..

Depends how desperate you are. I'd buy from CarMax for a better condition Z. Buy from dealers to take a gamble. Buy from craigslist if you too desperate for a Z.
