Default Reliability data

Above is 06/2013 reliability data from Consumer Reports. 2004 and 2007 look like clear winners.

Agree on 03 models in regards to the tranny. However, the probs are from
6MT.Every 5AT owner I've met during my 10 yrs owning my 03,has not
had any major or even minor issues with the AT.
The 04 cleaned up many issues that the first year 03 had. However,I
would not discount buying a 03.Seems the previous owner/owners would
have done all the fixes. Many tranny probs were fixed under warranty.

The previous owners should have done all the fixes. I have come across cars that still have some of the recall/TSB issues and were never fixed. Maybe the owners were just lazy/didn't know?

That being said, other than a few relatively minor TSB issues, my 2004 runs like a champ.
