a 2004 350z roaster, 120K miles, 5 spd, $7000. It is good condition, but the top need to be replaced, and an air bag light is on.

is the price okay?

Yes, great deal if your budget is 10k, I say 10 because you will need cash on top for maintenance and repairs. No its not a good deal if the history of it includes: 12 owners, been in a flood, low compression on 2 cylinders, never had an oil change, 6 accidents, and frame damage. KBB works great if you just want a general value guideline.
