Buying 2008 350z

A dealer is selling a 2008 350z for 7,000. However it has over 210,000 miles and has an oil leak. IDK if it's a good deal. I'm a incoming college student and don't want maintenance to be an issue . I love the 350zs and want to buy one but I just need some advice.
