Default Driven Authority in Sacramento

I took my sons car to Driven Authority and they completely screwed it up. Kip and Matt have no sense of what good customer service means. I would look elsewhere if you are looking for somebody to work on your car. Most arrogant people I have ever been around. If I owned my own company and did a customer wrong, I would do everything in my power to make it right, not Driven Authority, they just send you on your way.

I hope they didn't do something to the car in the WRONG SECTION. Because that would be embarrassing as hell.

your first post and its purely to ***** about a place that most of us respect and like... let alone the fact you give no details about what happened or what exactly you are even upset over...

sketchy.

I actually agree with OP. They are not the very best and also messed up my 350Z. They took the money for my mod installation and it doesn't even work since they didn't set it up right. They didn't even know how to "clamp" properly, not going to name any names.

Only things I see there are teenagers with old beat up 240sx with teddy bears hanging from the exhaust...avoid this place if you're serious about your ride.
