Default Paint drops on rims

Two of them the size of a #2 pencil eraser. What is the easiest and safest way to remove?

Thanks

Try using a clay bar to see if it will remove it.

I have one spot on each of my rear wheels...they are like an egg shell color. A Nissan rep told my dealer that they are there to distinguish between the wheels for the front and rear because the offset is different from front to rear.
